I was first exposed to agile and scrum in 2005 on a large-scale software project where first hand I realized the value of iterative and incremental development.  The more exposure I received to agile and scrum, the more it made sense.  Since then, I have been a scrum master, agile coach, trainer, speaker and most recently, a Certified Scrum Trainer.I have experience training and coaching with companies in the following industries:
Leadership development   Online learning   Financial services   Data analytics   Software   Manufacturing   Construction   Government   Mortgage Services   Digital Marketing   Insurance
I have trained over 1,000 learners in agile foundations, the scrum master role, the product owner role and agile leadership.  I am a certified "Training from the BACK of the room" trainer.  This approach applies brain science and brain friendly learning techniques for instruction and class facilitation.  I use these techniques throughout my class experience.  This has the effect of high learning retention, high energy and fun through relevant experiential learning.
