Holiday Mala-Making Workshop | Logan House Coffee Company | Saturday, 04. November 2017

Join us for a mala-making workshop, where we’ll guide you step-by-step through the process of creating your own 108-bead, hand-knotted mala necklace that you can use in meditation or prayer, or simply wear as a piece of beautiful and meaningful jewelry.

Making a mala can be a very meditative and positive experience in and of itself. In this workshop, Madi Hand will share instructions and support as you create your very own mala. You’ll be able to choose from over 20 different types of stone beads to design your mala and you’ll finish your necklace with a guru bead and a handmade tassel.

Cost of the workshop and all of your mala supplies is just $50.

Space is limited, so to sign up for this workshop, please email wishflowerstudios@gmail.com so that we can reserve your spot!

We're hosting 3 different workshops before Christmas! When you email to sign up, be sure to tell us which date you'd like to come!

* 11/4 1:00 - 4:30
* 12/3 1:00 - 4:30
* 12/17 1:00 - 4:30

About us:
Madi Hand is 13-years old and studies Creative Writing at Denver School of the Arts. She and her mom, Amy, began making malas as gifts for some friends and enjoyed it so much that they wanted to keep making malas even after the holidays were over. Madi had the idea to create an Etsy shop to sell their mala beads and that is how their little business, Wishflower Studios, began. They are planning a special volunteer trip to Romania for the summer of 2018 and have decided to use all of the money they make from the malas they sell and the workshops they facilitate to support that trip.
