3 week axe throwing improver (7 & 14 & 21 June, 10.30 - 12pm, Bridgend) | Bushcraft Adventures | Sunday, 07. June 2020

Release your inner Viking! Come & have a go at axe throwing at our woodland range in Bridgend, near Cardiff.
This improver event takes place over three weeks, to give you plenty of practice and leave throwing axes like a Viking! ;) 
Three 1.5 hour events for adults aged 18+Saturdays at 10 - 11.30am on 7th, 14th and 21st June 2020£65 per personSmall group of 6 people only so that you have more instructor supportTakes place at our Bridgend Bushcraft Basecamp, near Laleston.
Week 1We'll focus on throwing angels which are great fun! After getting used to the throwing technique, we'll introduce some games to improve your aim.
Week 2We'll progress to throwing tomahawks, the thunk when they hit the target is so satisfying! We'll do plenty of throwing to get you used to the technique and hitting the board, and have some fun playing some games.
Week 3We'll have a go with angels and tomahawks and introduce some ***** shots - or should that be throws?! Two tomahawks at a time anyone?

Can I get a refund if I can no longer make the event?
Bookings are non-refundable. Please make sure that you can make the event before buying a ticket.
Is my ticket transferrable?
You can't transfer it to another event but you can give your ticket to someone else.
Are there minimum age requirements to attend the event?
This event is for adults and children aged 11+ 
Children must be supervised, even if adults are not taking part.
Can I take part if I have a medical condition?
This will depend on your medical condition and you will know your boundaries and your condition better than us. The event takes place outdoors and will involve walking on uneven ground in a woodland and you need to be able to stand to throw axes. If you're unsure, and especially if you have any back, neck or shoulder condition, we advise that you speak to your GP first before buying a ticket.
Where do events take place?
Events take place outdoors in our lovely, private woodland which is a ten minute drive from Laleston, Bridgend. Full directions are sent when you purchase your tickets.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
You will need to drive to our site, it is not accessible by public transport. There is a small grass verge where you can park for free. Parking space is limited, please car share where possible.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, there's no need for any printing.
