Ethics for Children class | Brooklyn Society for Ethical Culture | Sunday, 16. September 2018

Our Ethics for Children classes  ((http://bsec.org/efc/ ) for ages 1 to 12 years old, includes yoga and mindfulness, permaculture and environmental practices, arts, service and volunteering and community building and provide a fun environment for kids to explore topics that foster empathy, respect and a deeper understanding of self and others. These include our relationship to the natural world, the diversity of world religions and philosophies, social justice and action, the inherent worth of every human being and peaceful problem-solving.
We do not impose a fixed set of values or beliefs. Rather, we encourage children to learn about themselves and their environment and to examine how their own ideas and actions impact the greater world.
Make it a family morning! Drop the kids off or stay for the free Sunday ***** program at the same time as the Ethics for Children classes.
