***   This course meets the new state requirements for 75 hours of instruction.   ***
This course is one of two modules that are required as a pre-requisite to taking the PA Real Estate Licensing Exam. We offer this course on Monday and Wednesday evening from 6p-9p for 5 weeks with a comprehensive recap that will prepare you to pass the state tests. The total cost of all classes is $550 and includes the books and both classes and the review course. After this course, you will need to complete the other module titled the Practice of Real Estate that is offered on Monday and Wednesday evening following this course and then complete the recap the weekend following the Practice Course.
We offer an orientation the first night providing a brief overview of real estate, the way our school operates, testing procedures and anything else to help you be successful in your real estate education.
