Ladies, this workshop is a must. Are you always trying to figure out how to eat in a healthy manner or have you been feeling tired, irritable, emotional and want to live a more vibrant, happier life? You will hear from Sarah Chambers, who will share her expertise and how she has been able to maintain a vibrant life through healthy choices.
