Please join the League of Women Voters of Chicago for our annual State of the City luncheon and fundraiser on April 25. This year's theme will be "A Tale of Two Cities: Bridging Chicago’s Opportunity Divide.” 

Natalie Moore
WBEZ South Side reporter Natalie Moore, who covers segregation and inequality issues for the public radio station, will deliver opening remarks and moderate a panel discussion. Moore is the author of “The South Side: A Portrait of Chicago and American Segregation,” which won the 2016 Chicago Review of Books award for nonfiction and was named one of Buzzfeed's best nonfiction book of 2016. She will sign copies of her book, which will be available for sale.
