Fresh Pasta & Wine Pairings -- Ivy Costa, Hart & Cru & Tablespoon Cooking Co. | Findlay Kitchen | Thursday, 26. July 2018

Join Ivy Costa, Hart & Cru and Tablespoon Cooking Co. for a night of hands-on pasta making and wine pairings! 
The Tablespoon chefs will teach you how to make pasta dough, two seasonal pastas and delicious sauces to bring it all together. You'll get hands-on experience mixing, rolling, cutting, shaping and cooking! We'll drink wine while we are cooking, and at the end of the evening, we will sit down to enjoy our pastas with fabulous wine pairings from Kevin Hart. 
Our menu includes: 

Marinated Kale Salad with Lemon-Garlic Vin, Pine Nuts, Calabrian Chilies and lots of Parm
Pappardelle with Prosciutto, Mushrooms, Asparagus and Spring Peas
Short Rib Ravioli with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
Butterscotch Budino
