Lima Half-Mile | Saturday, 30. June 2018

The Lima Half-Mile, one of the longest-running and most highly attended races in the American Flat Track series, is set to happen at the Allen County Fairgrounds in Lima, Ohio, on June 30, 2018. Running continuously since 1984, the race typically attracts a crowd of 7,000-plus spectators, and always features some of the best racing of the year thanks to its pea-gravel track surface and 85-foot-wide corners – which allow for plenty of exciting, multi-line racing.

Zanotti Racing’s Briar Bauman delivered a virtuoso performance in the 2017 AFT Twins race, grabbing his first AFT Twins victory in an exciting effort ahead of Indian Motorcycle’s Brad Baker and Harley-Davidson-mounted Jeffery Carver. Honda mounted Parker Norris edged Kevin Stollings by just a tenth of a second to take the AFT Singles trophy.

At just past the halfway point in the 2018 AFT season, the Lima Half-Mile’s winners will positively pump their chances for AFT Twins and Singles championships … all of which means the competition and action will be hot and heavy. And for the Lima Half-Mile, that’s how it's always been. Don’t miss your shot to be part of it!
