Multicultural Business Workshop | | Saturday, 03. August 2019

The City of Greater Geelong is proud to provide this event as part of the Geelong Small Business Festival Program.
Our objective is to provide members of the culturally and linguistically diverse community (CALD) access to practical knowledge and tools around starting or growing their business.
The session will be professionally facilitated and include general topics required to run a sustainable business.

12.30pm – 1.00pm           Lunch and Networking
1.00pm – 2.30pm            Three subject matter experts will talk about the steps to take before setting up a business, including tips on business planning, marketing and running a business. 
The City of Greater Geelong's Economic Development unit will also share what assistance is available from the local government.
 2.30pm – 2.45pm             Q&A with subject matter experts
 2.45pm – 3.00pm             Afternoon tea and networking
 3.00pm – 3.30pm             We will have a Panel of 3 business experts from the local Geelong CALD community sharing their journey, lessons and steps they have taken
3.30pm – 4.00pm             Q&A, final networking and ongoing support available
