Volunteer Leaders of Membership Associations—Do Your Great Intentions Yield Great Results?
If you are the current, rising, or past marketing leader in a professional, civic, fraternal or other community service  organization, and:

You wish to learn how your others achieve goals and address challenges for their organizations;

You are willing to share your hard-won lessons learned; and

You believe it's important to connect with others also trying to deliver effective volunteer leadership...

Then come and meet, share and and learn with your peers at any (or all!) of these educational opportunities!

GO! Workshops bring local commercial experts to collaborate with you and your peers on a number of topics relevant to the practices of creating and maintaining a healthy membership association. Each workshop runs about 2.5 hours.
CONNECT! Roundtables are 90-minute discussion for those in a common organizational role to connect with each other. This discussion is guided by an agenda that you develop and manage in the moment, with the help of a PDC-HR facilitator.
FOCUS! Seminars are a two to three hour look at academic theory for a deeper understanding of organizational leadership dynamics. These seminars are usually held in partnership with local professional development societies or universities.
Check-in for all of the above programs is at the noted start time, the program begins promptly 15 minutes later.

The October LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUM is a day-long, low-cost "deep dive" on achieving the goals and addressing the challenges of association volunteer leadership. Breakfast, lunch, parking and valuable professional development tools are included in your ticket price!
A dedicated registration site for the Leadership Symposium will be available in the spring.
