Tickets on sale soon!

Join the Research Institute for Children's Health for a Virtual Wine Tasting on October 24, 2020, from the comfort of your own home.

Featuring a four-course dinner by Thyme Catering (Cleveland Magazine's 2020 Top Cleveland Restaurant) paired with Gregory James Wines of Sonoma.

An evening to support the Research Institute for Children's Health at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and its mission to improve the outcomes for children who suffer from devastating diseases and disorders by accelerating breakthroughs into treatments.

In light of the concern of the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and the restrictions of our event venue, we are pivoting this event to a virtual platform. Supporting the health and wellness of our community is a top priority, and we are following current Case Western Reserve University protocols, as well as recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, with particular emphasis on limiting social contact with others. We hope that by doing our part, we can help to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Giving Kids Hope is an interactive dining and drink experience that will feature a gourmet dinner by Thyme Catering, wine tasting by Gregory James Wines, and the presentation of the Giving Kids Hope Award. Guests will get to enjoy a four-course dinner and wine pairing with commentary by Mike Smith, owner and executive chef of Thyme Table, Thyme Catering CLE and Thyme Traveler Truck and Jim Demuth, Gregory James Wines proprietor, as well as an exciting auction presented by local celebrity auctioneer David McCreary, host of Cash Explosion.

Guests will participate via Zoom in the comfort of their own home or as a guest of a watch party. Meals and wine may be picked up by the host, location to be announced, or delivered upon request within a 25-mile radius from Cleveland, Ohio.
