Mark Allen - Greystone
Mark entered the world of investment real estate in 2009 during the recession and has been involved in the acquisition, renovation, management and disposition of a variety of asset types and classes across multiple markets. Today, Mark focuses on Multifamily owner representation, leveraging his sales and real estate investment experience to provide superior service for his clients.
In his first year as a broker, Mark was recognized as the SVN “Rookie of the Year”. In his first two years, Mark completed 21 transactions and was awarded SVN “Broker of the Year”. Mark has been named by D Magazine as the 2018 "Rookie of the Year" and a Top Commercial Real Estate Broker in Dallas-Ft. Worth.
Mark attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and was a member of the Army football team. Post-graduation, he served in the US Army as a Field Artillery Officer where he led troops in Operation Enduring Freedom – Afghanistan. Prior to his career in Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales, Mark was an Account Manager at MSC Software, working to understand his client’s challenges and business, while integrating MSC software and services to add value directly to his client’s bottom line.


Jorge Abreu - Elevate

Jorge is passionate & obsessed with Multifamily Investing. He is the CEO of JNT Developers & Elevate Commercial Investment Group. With more than twelve years of real estate investing and construction experience. He started investing in single family 12+ years ago and then shortly after opened a construction company. He has now aligned both his investments & construction company to focus on Multifamily. He really shines when it comes to evaluating & renovating Multifamily properties.

He currently owns as a GP 253 Doors with another 1,275 Doors currently under contract. He has also invested passively in 1,400+ Doors plus some commercial new development projects. He is a family man that is devoted to providing the best possible life for his family. 



Paul Peebles - Old Capital

Paul Peebles has been arranging real estate financing for borrowers and institutional clients since 1987. Mr. Peebles, our National Underwriter at Old Capital, underwrites and structures all transactions handled by Old Capital through an array of sources including conduits, banks, life companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and private money lenders. His knowledge of the capital markets and his long term and deep relationships with the decision makers at the various capital sources is a competitive advantage for the client.  He has closed over a $5 billion in real estate transactions.  Mr. Peebles is a “deal maker.” 

Prior to Old Capital, Mr. Peebles was affiliated with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, World Savings Bank and ITT Commercial Real Estate.  He is a graduate of University of Iowa.  He is originally from Western Springs, Illinois.  He is married and has one daughter.
