Keiser Indoor Cycling-Foundations at MSU | Michigan State University | Saturday, 26. January 2019

Keiser Foundations is a full-day training course that applies all the required information needed to instruct indoor group cycling classes. Our education team is primed and ready to educate trainers and instructors and the Course is the first step on an indoor cyclist's road to effective and engaging rides and instruction.  Keiser Foundation’s training is a full-day course and attendance and participation in all portions is required.  Attendees receive both practical and theoretical training by a Master instructor, a detailed training manual, certificate of completion, CEC’s from ACE and AFAA, and links to the Keiser Community.

Registration begins at 8:00a

There will be a 45 minute lunch break (lunch on your own). Light snacks can keep energy up and are welcome during off-bike training time.

It is recommended to bring a workout towel and water bottle.

Dress in layers for time on and off the bike.

PARKING:  At this time, the parking lot at IM West is at no charge for Saturday, January 26, 2019.  We will do our best to contact you if  this changes between now and the day of the training.  We do NOT have the ability to waive parking fees so please be prepared to pay, just in case.  MSU uses a pay-by-plate system which accepts debit/credit cards.

By registering for this training program, I acknowledge that I am participating in this activity of my own free will.  I, the participant and registrant, specifically assume all risks of injury while using any equipment or facilities at Michigan State University, or while participating in any program, exercise, or activity at Michigan State University, or on Michigan State University’s premises, and waive any and all claims against Michigan State University, its trustees, officers, agents, and employees, for any such injury.
