  • Kara, interested!
  • What others are saying: "I deepened my personal practice and gained knowledge of the foundations of yoga. I am so grateful that I can confidently share these principles and practices with others." - R.R. "I am so grateful to have done my yoga teacher training with Kara at The Yoga House. It was an unforgettable experience. The training was fun and so informative...we not only learned the philosophy of yoga, postures, verbal and physical assisting, and chair and partner yoga, but there was an emphasis on learning to meditate (which was incredibly powerful for myself)...all accompanied by laughter and a pressure-free environment. Her training includes nature walks, chanting, hands on practice with special needs clients, and so much more all in the comfort of her beautiful, warm, welcoming studio. It is truly a beautiful community at The Yoga House that Kara has created and I highly recommend being a part of it." - E.F.
