In Search of Team Members (with Think Company) | NewCo Helsinki | Thursday, 08. November 2018

Do you have a business idea but you don’t want to run the business alone, or are you searching for members to your existing team? Perhaps you have expertise that you wish to put to use in a startup of your dreams? Everybody knows that a solid team with a balanced skill set is crucial for the success of any startup, but it is not so easy to meet people who share your passion. The event connects great ideas with business opportunity seekers and helps you find co-founders and team members you are searching for!
The event is in English and is free of charge for all participants!
1) If you are looking for co-founders or team members, you will be given 3-5 minutes to express your business idea, possible current team, what kind of people you are looking for and your compensation model. What you need to do is come to the event on time and put yourself on the pitching list at your arrival. If you want to get the attention of all the talented people beforehand, post on the event Facebook page and tell more about yourself!
2) If you are looking for a potential startup to join, you have 1 min to present yourself to the companies and naturally have the opportunity to hear their business ideas and join your favorite one.
This time the In Search of Team Members event is organized in cooperation with Helsinki Think Company. Helsinki Think Company is the entrepreneurship society of the University of Helsinki. It aims to help the university community develop ideas and projects of their own – and execute them with success. Think Company supports changemakers on their journey for example by organizing various events from workshops and speaker events, to weekend-long hackathons, to months’ long idea accelerators. In addition, Think Company's co-working spaces are free and open to use for all entrepreneurial projects and freelance work.

*Tip for everyone: bring your business card (or something with your contact information on), so you can make more connections at the event.
