Please see the most recent Hillsboro Parks and Recreation activity guide for schedule information.

Note: Family Art Night is subject to cancellation. You are welcome to call the Walters before leaving the house to confirm.

Family Art Night is a facilitated art activity, not a supervised class. Youth under 18 must be accompanied by a participating ***** at all times. Parents, guardians and caregivers are needed to actively assist young children and/or anyone in their party needing assistance.

There is one art activity planned for each week as Family Art Night is not an open studio time. If you are not sure if you would like to participate in the activity, please ask before signing up at the front desk. Each pre-planned activity is designed to teach specific skills and supplies are ordered ahead of time for that activity.

Older youth and ***** participants assist in the clean-up of the activity. All participants must follow the directions of the facilitator, including the use of tools and supplies to maintain a safe, enjoyable studio experience for everyone.

For groups registering together, the maximum size is 6. This is to ensure that multiple parties and individuals have the opportunity to participate.
