Who this class is for: Those Active Aging, Seniors, Chronic health condition, and more.
This class is 15-30 minutes of client education followed by 45- 60 minutes of an active balance training workout!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes. Participants must be 18 years or older.
 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Please park in the parking garage and enter through the side door.
 
What can I bring into the event?
Bottled water, a towel, and a yoga mat of choice.
