Practical Compassion - Sourcing the Power of Love | Unity of Houston | Thursday, 26. September 2019

                                    Connect - Communicate - Relate
Learn and practice the basic skills of empathy and compassionate communication. This work is based in Nonviolent Communication™  or NVC, the life-affirming communication process of Marshall B. Rosenberg, Ph. D., the Getting Real work of Susan Campbell Ph.D. and A Course In Miracles. Learn to access and use the power of empathy and compassion in real time to love yourself, extend that love to others and improve the relationships that matter most to you.
In this class you will meet like minded people and learn to better:
• Speak in a way that supports your being heard
• Receive difficult messages with grace and ease
• Source cooperation in challenging situations
• Make requests that elicit connection and cooperation
• Resolve differences while maintaining connection
• Strengthen connections with loved ones, friends and coworkers
