Soothing Yoga for Stressful Times | Wednesday, 08. July 2020

Yoga is fundamentally an act of kindness towards oneself to calm the mind and body. Use breathing practices to create self-awareness in this all-levels hatha yoga class in the Two Sisters Garden. It is the perfect place to find balance and harmony within and around yourself. Release into relaxation and improve overall health and wellbeing. The class will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and renewed ending with a guided relaxation.

Bring a yoga mat or towel, bug spray, and water. Optional but Suggested: Blanket, 2 blocks, strap/tie, and small throw pillow. Social Distancing will be followed. Masks optional.

Classes are non-refundable and may be moved to another location or Zoom for bad weather. Credit card fees will be applied.
