About this Event
In this hands-on cooking class, participants will prepare recipes of Oaxaca and discover the origins of various ingredients and how they are used to create the unique Oaxacan flavor profiles. Alfonso “Poncho” Martínez de Santo Domingo Albarradas of Ponchos Tlayudas will share the preservation of traditional foods using authentic ingredients and process. Presented by LA Plaza Cocina.
