Earth Day Milton | City of Milton GA | Saturday, 21. April 2018

Help celebrate Earth Day 2018 in the heart of Historic Crabapple. Come out to the Milton City Hall Plaza to join in the fun--there’s something for everyone!

Kids can build a Home Depot bird feeder and make other fun crafts from recycled materials. Zoologist Jim Nark will be on hand with his amphibians, reptiles, arachnids, insects, and mammals for an entertaining and educational experience for children and adults alike. Interested in certifying your backyard as a National Wildlife Federation wildlife habitat? Come out and learn how!

Classes will be held throughout the day in Community Place. Always wanted a rain barrel? Come to our free rain barrel workshop and you can take one home (space is limited so pre-registration will be required). Other workshops will be announced soon.

Environmental service opportunities will be offered in the community that day and throughout the year.

While there, you can save gas and the environment by eating at one of the many great restaurants within walking distance of the event.
