Allina Professional Nursing Conference: Ripples of Change | Allina Commons | Thursday, 15. August 2019

This conference will showcase current ways nurses at Allina are improving care for patients, and also offer ways to get involved at any level or care area. Nurses see opportunities for change and are often in the best place to act on them, with the right level of enthusiasm and tools.  CEUs, lunch and inspiration are provided.

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATIONS
Registration Deadline: 72 hours prior to conference. If available, additional registrations will be accepted between 72 - 24 hours prior to the conference at an increased rate. 
Registration fee includes educational credits, symposium materials, light continental breakfast and lunch. To ensure a comfortable environment, attendance may be capped; early registration is recommended.
Substitutions are accepted at any time. For cancellations received by August 7th (5 business days prior to the start), a $20 processing fee will be retained and the tuition balance refunded. Notices after this date will not receive a refund.  
In the unlikely event the program is cancelled Allina Health (and any one else involved list) is not responsible for costs incurred by participants such as hotel, travel, etc.
ALLINA HEALTH EMPLOYEE REIMBUREMENT
If you are planning to use the Tuition/Education Claim Form to pay for this course, you have two Claim Types to choose from:

Advancement (prior to course) – Submit a copy of the brochure showing price, after the class a certificate of        completion should be submitted to the HR Service Center
Reimbursement (after course) – Submit a copy of the certificate with proof of payment.

Submit these forms to the HR Service Center, MR 10700; Conference Organizers are unable to process these forms. For questions regarding reimbursement call 612-262-4688.
Parking
Allina Commons Parking is located in the ramp adjacent to the Midtown Exchange Building on 10th Ave South.In order to validate your paking, you must bring your ticket with you. We are not able to validate for any other ramps if you mistakingly park somewhere other than the Midtown Exchange Ramp.
SecurityAllina Health employees must bring their badge to get through security. All others will receive a temporary security badge for each day that will be collected at the end of each day.
