Due to popular demand we're delighted to run this webinar again for those who were not able to attend on Wednesday 27th May.

Most people agree on the value of great feedback. But what’s the best way to elicit and deliver it? A testing question for many coaches, leaders and managers! In this highly practical Faculty Clinic, Jon Stokes will offer a brief overview of some of the different ways of collecting and providing effective 360° feedback using both interview and online based approaches. He will also discuss how to run a feedback session with your clients. The session will also introduce you to two powerful online 360° feedback instruments to use with your clients, the ‘360° Management & Leadership Questionnaire’ and the ‘@MyBest 360°[1].

The ‘360° Management & Leadership Questionnaire’ has been normed against a senior management population, to enable leaders to benchmark their own performance. The ‘@MyBest 360°’ is a radical new qualitive approach based on positive psychology. For this tool, the client selects a small group (8-10) of important individuals in their life, both at work and outside work, and invites them to share stories about when they have experienced the client at their best. These narratives are then used in a one-to-one coaching session to tease out themes and insights and to raise the client’s self-awareness, based on input about how others see them.
