About this Event

So, why Gratitude? It has been the most consistently powerful practice for effecting real positive change in my life. I’m happy. And it’s taken me a really long time to get here, but with all the work I’ve done, this one, Gratitude, has been the most life-changing for me.

I’ve had plenty of trainers and mentors suggest practicing Gratitude over the years, but nobody ever really explained how to do it effectively, or why it was important, or what the science was behind it as to how it actually worked, or why it did, because it always seemed a bit fluffy to me.

But I did it, and when I started seeing real results, I needed to know how and why. How did something so simple have such a massive impact?

So, I researched it. I read studies, and theories, watched documentaries, read books, read articles, watched webinars and Ted talks and listened to podcasts. The more I researched it, the more passionate I became about it, and the more I wanted to learn. And now, well, I’m an expert in Gratitude. And I’m living proof it makes you happier. And now I want to share with you what I know, so that you can be happier too.
