James' Guided Relaxation & Visualisation | Wednesday, 06. May 2020

40 minutes of deep relaxation and visualisation. A chance to rest, reflect, restore and learn interesting things about yourself.

About this Event

What is it?

You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed feeling, before being taken on a visualisation journey that each week will have a different focus, whether that is healing, looking to the future, relationships, letting go or many other things! Each session takes around 40 minutes in total.

When is it?

8pm on Wednesday evenings. Please join a few minutes before if you can, so we can get going on time :)

What do you need to do in advance?

Just create a lovely atmosphere for yourself to spend 40 minutes in - find your favourite comfy spot, get into bed, light a candle, whatever works for you. Oh, and invite your housemates, family, partners, dogs, whoever you’re in lockdown with! The more the merrier.

How do you join?

All my calls are on zoom, and you'll receive the link once you've registered.

When you join on the evening I’ll have you all on mute to make things run smoothly so just give me a friendly wave when you’re in! You’re welcome to have your camera on or off - whatever you’re comfortable with. Hope you can make it!
