About this Event

Calling all girls (ages 13-18) to join this ZOOM meeting seminar (registration required) to discuss how you can maintain your mental & physical health during the pandemic. The Wisdom Warrior Project-Virtual Mix & Mingle: The Body and Mind of a Warrior will focus on:

  • Effects of COVID-19 and Importance of Self Care
  • Mental Health (Dealing and Anxiety, Stress , Depression, etc.)
  • Physical Health (Live workout & discussion)

The purpose of this event is to provide a safe, environment led by mental & health experts to encourage self-care by providing mental & physical coping mechanisms while promoting peer interaction and discussions around the effects of the pandemic.

Meeting attendees should dress in comfortable workout gear and will need to have the following available during the meeting to complete one of the activities:

  • Scissors
  • Ruler
  • 1 pair of old ankle socks
  • 1 old padded bra
  • Needle and Thread
