Wharton IGEL Lunch Seminar Featuring Aaron T. Ratner of Ultra Capital | The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania | Wednesday, 24. April 2019

Aaron has over 20 years of international investment and advisory experience focusing on technology, energy, agriculture and waste. At Ultra Capital, a sustainable infrastructure investment fund based in San Francisco, Mr. Ratner is the Managing Director responsible for project origination, as well as a member of the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Ultra, Aaron was a Developer in Residence at Generate Capital. From 2012 to 2014, he was the President of i2 Capital, an impact investment merchant bank with a focus on landscape-scale conservation finance. In 2010, Aaron founded Emerging Energy International, a Hong Kong-based developer of mobile electrical power projects in frontier markets.
Aaron began his career as a foreign market entry strategist at WKI, a global strategic consulting firm based in Virginia. In 2000 he moved to Hong Kong to work for Simon Murray & Company, a Pan-Asian multi-strategy investment and advisory firm.
Aaron attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania and Jochi University, Tokyo.
