Held during a beautiful Summer weekend, Animanga 2018 brings together a plethora of anime, manga, and gaming content and activities for our attendees. Industry professionals gather to see exhibits and screenings. The convention hosts interactive events in a convenient and central location.
We welcome our Exhibitors and Vendors to Animanga 2018, our annual three-day anime convention. What sets Animanga Expo apart from the other conventions is our focus on visitor interaction. Animanga doesn’t just display vendors for customers to look at, but instead encourages interaction between both Exhibitor and Attendee. We’ve created incentives for attendees to visit all vendor booths! Attendees at these events love two things: interaction and acknowledgement from their peers. By visiting all booths and purchasing from them, the attendees increase their social interaction at the convention.
The convention focuses primarily on anime and manga, as well as gaming and other forms of animation. We’ve taken the best features from popular conventions and expos and combined them into this wonderful event. We’ve also made sure to avoid the negative features associated with other conventions that has been conveyed to us by visitors and exhibitors.  We feature exhibitors, cosplay, competitions, gaming, panels, and more!

Registration Policies
1. By registering for an Animanga 2018 badge you agree not to sell, trade, transfer or share your comp code, email confirmation, or badge. In the event that Animanga USA determines that you have violated this policy, Animanga has the right to cancel your badge(s) and keep any money paid by you. Badges that have been sold or provided by anyone other than Animanga will not be honored.2. You must wear and display your badge at all times while onsite during Animanga 2018. Animanga 2018 reserves the right to refuse admission, to refuse service and/or to cancel/revoke your badge at Animanga 2018’s discretion. 3. You must register an individual name for each badge and each name must match a valid government issued ID. If Animanga determines that you have purchased more than one badge in your name for any day, Animanga has the right to cancel your duplicate badge(s) and issue you a refund less the processing fee. If you are purchasing more than one Platinum badge, please provide a unique email for each registration.4. All badges are non-transferable to the following year. Refund requests for Animanga 2018 badges must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. Badges purchased after April 31, 2018 are non-refundable, non-transferable to other individuals and non-transferable to the following year. All refund requests must be sent via email with your full name & order confirmation number to info@animangausa.com.5. Animanga reserves the right to change the Refund & Transfer Policy at any time without notification. 6. You can upgrade your badge to increase the amount of accessible days or the priority status, subject to availability, by sending an email to info@animangausa.com. If your badge has already shipped or it is after April 31, 2018, you must go to registration counter to process the upgrade onsite. Certain restrictions may apply. Downgrades are not permitted. 7. All children 13 years and younger must be accompanied by an ***** for the duration of their time at the event.

How will I get my badge?To let attendees focus on enjoying the event rather than getting in, Animanga 2018 will ship badges to orders within the U.S. & Canada. We may begin shipping as early as May of 2018. You will receive a shipping confirmation before the badges are mailed out. Last day to change your shipping address: TBA. International attendees and attendees who purchased badges after the mailing cut-off must pick up badges onsite. Each registrant must pick-up his/her own badge. Upon arrival, bring your registration confirmation email and valid government issued photo ID which must match the registrant's name/information in order to pick-up their badge. You may also use your smartphone to access your registration confirmation via Eventbrite app.
What if my badge hasn’t come in the mail?If you do not receive your badge within 7-10 days (US) or 12-14 days (CAN) from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email, please contact fullfillment@eventbrite.com. Badges will not be re-shipped under any circumstances. Badges unable to be delivered must be picked-up when you arrive onsite. What forms of payment do you accept?We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express on the online registration website. During the convention, we accept credit cards listed above and cash. We do not accept check, money orders, or paypal.
What forms of ID are accepted?The valid government issued photo ID must be current and contain your date of birth. Expired ID's will not be accepted. We accept the following forms of identification:• Driver's license• State ID• Passports• Military ID• Any valid government issued ID that contains your date of birth and photo.
