Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This course is designed for adults but many teens and their parents enjoy this event together. 
What can I bring into the event?
Please, wear loose fitting clothing. (Make sure you are dressed warm enough). If you like bring a water bottle, the exercises can be pracitced sitting on a chair but if you like bring your yoga mat).
