Emma Holland (she/her) is the Synchronous Programs Operations Manager for Thinkful. She is a career switcher that built up her technical career from her first role in Office Management to Product development in her current role. She currently serves on the Leadership team for Out in Tech, the international nonprofit for LGBTQIA+ in Tech. She is also a speaker for Portland Women in Tech (PDXWIT), a mentor for the Portland Incubator Experience (PIE), and a local community organizer.
