Breath and Pranavayus Workshop | MelMarie Yoga | Sunday, 01. December 2019

Prana is the word for "life force". The quickest way I have been able to get someone to understand what I mean by this is the example that life force is moving through us, but how? Let us use the example of how our head stays up without our concious effort. But it requires us to deploy effort for the arms to lift up. What keeps my head up? Prana or piezioelectricity or energy or vitality or chi etc.Join us for a comprehensive workshop as we explore the power of Prana through breathing techniques and the Prana Vayus (the movement of prana) to understand how to engage intentional lifestyle and breathing techniques for self regulation, enhancing well being, and orchestrating your phsyiological power. We don't know what we don't know, so explore ways to revitalize and awaken your natural healing pharmacy.
