R.I.S.E 2020: Women's Leadership Conference & Women's Hall of Fame | Skyline College | Saturday, 07. March 2020

Join the County of San Mateo Commission on the Status of Women for a full-day conference offering a unique perspective on women’s leadership.

Register by Monday, March 2 (for your nametag to be printed for the event). Registrations on March 3-7 (onsite) will be provided a sticky hand-written nametag.

Who Should Attend:
The Women’s Leadership Conference is a day-long event where people share their perspectives on women’s leadership in our county. These people are invested in creating change in the workplace, government, start-ups, community groups and other sectors of society to empower and develop more female leaders in San Mateo County.


Create change for women in organizational culture, policy, compensation, and government representation.
Break out and bring a timetable for gender equality forward
Empower and explore women’s leadership style and action-planning
Provide an inclusive environment where women and others from all backgrounds can share their challenges and strengths.

Are minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or ***** chaperone. Parents/Guardians must complete and turn in the Terms of Participation & Parental Authorization Form prior to the Event in order for their minor child(ren) to participate. The form can be downloaded from the website at:
