Love Your Body Yoga | 1436 Howard St #201 | Saturday, 16. February 2019

Yoga is not a pose or a body. It is a journey and way of life.
Whether you are small or large, have the "ideal" body type or a unique one, none of us are immune to feeling like we are not enough. We compare ourselves to what we see on our screens and every day life - creating more and more dialogue about how we are not beautiful as we are. But you are more than just your body. This class is designed to help you hush all that noise, connect you to your body and help you learn how to love each curve, line, scar, and appreciate all that your body does for you every day. 
In the 1 hour and 15 min class, we will go through a series of meditation, flow, and light journaling. This class is beginner-friendly and good for any body type. If you are pregnant or have any injuries, please let me know upon arrival. 

What To Bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Journal & pen
- Water and props are optional

Parking: Mon-Sat metered from 9am-6pm; Sun/after 6pm FREE and very easy to find spots
Public Transit: 5 min walk to Van Ness MUNI, 8 min walk to Civic Center BART

We start on time, so in respect for the other students, please arrive 15 minutes early. 
To ensure we can provide more classes like this in the future, a photographer may be present in the beginning of class.
