Making BIG $$$ with Land Development and Entitlements-Cameron Stewart/Property Management with Technology [Brian Shields] | New York Life Insurance Company | Tuesday, 29. January 2019

There are a lot of great investors in the Bay Area and across the country. They are creative, hard working and very successful, however, every now and then I come across somebody very humble and extremely successful that just blows away even the most flamboyant investor that we see on social media. Even the best flipper in the Bay Area pales in comparison to what Cameron is able to pull together. I am thrilled to have Mr. Cameron Stewart come and share his knowledge, past and future projects with us. On several projects Mr. Stewart returned over 100% annualized returns to his investors in a 116 acres land deal in Sacramento. In other deals he has had similar returns or even better.
