Weekly Tuesday Evening Mindful Insight MeditationOpen To Everyone; Beginners or Advanced Meditation Practitioners.Ongoing on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 PM - 8:45 PM.
"The depth of sitting in stillness with a compassionate heart is limitless. Rest the mind, body and spirit upon your cushion, offering oneself the opportunity to meet the natural awakened mind."
Located at 2041 Larkin Street at Vallejo on Russian Hill. Facilitated through the Mindfulness Care Center. The Mindfulness Care Center is a 501(3)(c) charitable organization and recognized by San Francisco Magazine being Voted The Best Of 2018 in "Mindfulness and Meditation."
We utilize a mindfulness vipassana practice of “insight awareness” meditation which offers us the opportunity to slow down and look within.
The evening consists of a 35/40 minute sitting, talk and discussion. The Tuesday evening meditation is offered on a dana/donation basis. We are supported by the practice of shared generosity.
The meditation evening is led by Rik Center Cofounder of the MCC/Mindfulness Care Center.
