This is a cooking class that will show you stock, sauce, and soup making with restaurant techniques that are able to translated at home.
All classes are $65 per person and include lots of interaction, engagement, and coaching. These classes are designed for any level of cook, whether that's an at-home or professional. I will also feed you! Each class has slots for 8 people, maximum.
