3:00 PM Lecture Recital by Mariel Mayz: 9 Piano Preludes


4:00 PM Granados 150th Celebration concert and presentation: performances by Artist-in-Residence, Shelley Jameson, soprano; pianists, Tammy Lum, Mariel Mayz, Diana Hughes, Yashar Yaslowitz, alumni, Joanna D'Addario and Johnny Walsh; friends, colleagues and Nyack College students, Crista Norfrey, Nikos Kline, Djulie Scaff and Rachel Leal to perform the piano and vocal music of Granados.

7:00 PM Granados Piano Tradition: Lecture by extraordinary pianist, composer, radio host and writer, Jed Distler
() presents and shows the highlights of recorded examples about Granados and his legacy as pianist and piano teacher, including recordings of Granados himself at the piano.
