My Inspiration ღ My Vision.



Art, movement, and yoga unite in a beautiful dance of self exploration. A coming together. An unfolding into your own being. A space to grow and connect deeply and lovingly.



There is no better time than now. More than ever it is important to take care of your mental and emotional well-being. Are you struggling to find peace and quiet with your emotions? Do you feel anxious and overwhelmed with what is happening to the world around you? Or do you simply need a space to just be.



Art Therapy might just be what you need in this moment. A SPACE CREATED FOR YOU to express yourself creatively through art & movement. To Release. Breathe. Explore. Move. And to allow yourself to be inspired by you.



Art Therapy is a tool to help you release what is happening emotionally, physically and mentally. It is not about the art itself but what is experienced and felt through the art. You don't have to be an artist or know how to draw! In-fact it is like moving your body but you're creating movement on a page through shapes, colours, words, and symbols.



We all have our own stories we want to share. Why not use this time to dive deeper to bring forward your strengths to bring a sense of calm within.



What ever you are going through, however you show up right now is perfect. Just show up for you so you are able to show up for others.

Art Therapy Yoga







As an Art Therapist & Yoga Teacher my workshops/sessions blend the core principles and practices of Art Therapy Processes and Yoga to deepen your experience through : self inquiry and introspection, movement, creation, meditation, storytelling, breath-work and meaning making through the body and mind.

SUNDAY 12th July (Second Session)

11:00 - 12:45 (CEST - Stockholm)

10:00 - 11:45 (London)

19:00 - 20:30 (Australia)

Join me in person at MM YOGA STUDIO or ONLINE via ZOOM from the comfort of your own house.



THEME: ☾



Each group session will hold a particular theme of interest to explore for yourself as you unfold in your own curiosity. You can join me for ONE session and dip your feet in the ocean of creativity. Otherwise you can deepen your therapeutic process and explore all THREE sessions, as we will journey through the layers of self inquiry, and make meaning.



Theme 1: My Present Awareness - My Body (May 24th)

Theme 2: My Inspiration - My Vision (June 17th)

Theme 3: My Strengths - My Resources (July 12th)



INVESTMENT: ☾



*300 SEK (Per Session: Online)

*825 SEK (Special Online Cost for all 3 Art Therapy Sessions - This includes 15min private check in after the last session has taken place)



*An additional 80kr will be added for Art Supplies for those joining in the studio.



NOTE:



Please contact me personally if you need extra assistance with payment and you are unable to pay the price displayed. It is better to have you there if this W/S calls you rather than not. I understand times are financially hard for many of us so my heart is open to those that need it.

➳ ART MATERIALS FOR ONLINE CLIENTS



It can be as simple as just having a few different sizes of paper and pencils/markers/crayons to draw with. If you want to get more creative you can use oil pastels, soft pastels, charcoal, paint, water paint, anything you like to express yourself. My advice, have a range of options on hand and see what comes to you during the session.



Be playful with paper: A4, A3, A5, poster paper, butcher paper, or coloured paper. Have a few sheets of paper available, you never know how creative you'll feel.



Bring your journal, if you want to enjoy some creative writing and connect on a different level.



☾ About Joanne ☽



Joanne is passionate, nurturing, and all heart. She loves to explore the depths of human consciousness and emotions. She has always had a passion to deeply connect to others through creativity, movement, laughter and holding a space for others to express themselves freely. She strives to role model the importance of emotional expression, authenticity and healing, to create self-awareness and growth.



Joanne is a Qualified Transpersonal Art Therapist, Holistic Counseller, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and Facilitator. Joanne studied in Australia and began her work focusing on areas in trauma, addiction and young teens.



She has a client centred approach when therapeutically working with others whilst using a range of modalities to support the therapy session, making each session unique to the individual's needs. Modalities include; Emotional Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, Body Felt Awareness, Somatics, Mediation, Breathing Techniques and Movement Therapy and of course all matters related to CREATIVITY and the art process itself.



In Sweden Joanne completed 100 hours in Yin Fascial Yoga (MYFY) and 100hours in Authentic Flow Yoga, to deepen her understanding of the Body, poses and Movement.



Joanne is a member of Svenska Riksförbundet För Bildterapeuter
