Strike & Smash 2! | Wednesday, 12. August 2020

Back by popular demand! Strike & Smash 2!

STRIKE

Join Bang Dem Sticks for a 40 minute full body cardio workout known as POUND. This exercise jam session is inspired by playing the drums. Sweat, sculpt, and rock out to your favorite tunes while using lightly weighted drumsticks, known as Ripstix. POUND is designed for "any age and any stage" or fitness level. Everything we do can be modified.

Your blood will be pumping, and maybe you will still have some rage to let out of your system! On to Part 2!

SMASH

Head inside to The Break Room to continue to make some noise. Participants have the option of ONE dinner plate OR TWO bottles to destroy. You may use a Sharpie to write down your stressors, negative thoughts, etc before you break, or just dive right into smash that sucker into pieces however you desire. Hammers, baseball bats, or even just your own force!
