Unleash your changemaker potential | Zurich | Friday, 12. June 2020

This course unveils and develops the existing strengths and competencies of participants to successfully lead and contribute to multi-stakeholder processes. Those with a desire to create positive impact both in their organizations, in civil society or politics will need to embrace the perspectives of those touched by the change they propose. True stakeholder engagement is an art as it involves the individual, the group and the overall facilitation dimensions. Building on the book “Five Superpowers for Co-creators”, the author explores in real situations and role play how to overcome obstacles in multi-stakeholder processes.
Rich with theory and examples, this course is participant-based, and built to enable the individual changemaker to work concretely in his or her skills and competencies. Reading the book or completing the online course upfront is recommended but not mandatory.
